Returns & Refund Policy

Returns for standard size dresses and most accessories are accepted within 30 days of delivery, while jewelry and headpieces must be returned within seven days of delivery. Try-on dresses must be purchased or postmarked within seven days of delivery; try-on dress shipping costs are nonrefundable. Try-on dresses that have been purchased to keep are considered final sale.
