BruMate accepts returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Additional return materials and packaging are not supplied by BruMate, and refunds exclude shipping costs. Certain items, including green shipping protection, mystery boxes/items and final clearance items, cannot be returned.
