Shipping

Shipping fees are charged per shipment at a fixed rate based on shipment value, type of delivery service and delivery location. Returns

Contact Castlery customer service to initiate your return, which will carry a 20% restocking fee charge per returned item. Only items in as-new condition with original packaging can be returned. Any products with scratches, stains, damage, drilling or other modifications will not be accepted.
