Cancellation Policy

Favors orders can be canceled in the app any time before a runner arrives at business to pick up your order. To cancel, select the question mark at the top-right corner of the screen, then select “Cancel this Favor.” If the option is not available, your order is already being processed and cannot be canceled. If you try to cancel an order that the restaurant has already accepted or prepared, there might be a cancellation fee. The app will inform you about any cancellation fees associated with your request.

The Favor delivery fee varies from $0 to $6 based on your location or the chosen merchant. Alongside the delivery fee, Favor includes a service fee and suggests a tip for your runner. 100% of your tip goes directly to the runner and can be adjusted after delivery. The average delivery time for orders is 45 minutes or less, but actual times depend on factors like demand, traffic and restaurant wait times. Favor will keep you informed about your order through in-app updates and push notifications. While all orders received on demand, arriving when you request them, it's recommended to place your order approximately 30 minutes to one hour ahead of time.
