Returns

If you’re not happy with your order from PrettyLittleThing, simply return it for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your package. Items must be in new condition with all tags still attached. Once your items have been received and processed, you’ll get your money back minus $4 for return shipping. Some items like body jewelry or beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
