Most Yami orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The following products may be returned if there are quality issues (and requests must be made within seven days of receipt): food, beverages, snacks, dry goods, health supplements and perishables. To make sure every customer receives safe and high-quality products, Yami does not offer refunds or returns for opened or used beauty products, except for with quality issues. Yami's price protection policy allows eligible orders to receive a refund if Yami's price changes within seven days of purchase or before the order is delivered, with certain limitations.
