Shipping

YETI ships packages to the contiguous U.S., Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO boxes. For orders within the contiguous U.S., you have the option of Ground, Premium or Express shipping options. Alaska and Hawaii orders can be shipped with Ground or UPS SurePost. All orders to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes are sent with UPS SurePost. Shipping for orders under $40 starts at $10. All shipping options and fees will be displayed on the checkout page. Orders weighing more than 500 pounds may be sent by LTL delivery.

Free Shipping

It’s easy to score free shipping on your YETI purchase. YETI offers free Ground shipping on orders over $40. No promo code required. Shipping charges will automatically be discounted at checkout for qualifying purchases.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your YETI purchase, you have 30 days after purchase to return or exchange your items. Items must be new, unused and in resellable condition. Returns are free as long as you can drop your package off at a UPS drop-off point. If you are not near a UPS drop-off point, you’ll be responsible for return shipping. Engraved or personalized items and products bought through third-party retailers are nonrefundable through YETI’s website.

Rambler Buy Back

YETI rewards people for recycling their old bottles with their Rambler Buy Back program. If you have old, dented, dinged or scratched Rambler drinkware that you’re no longer using, bring it back for a discount on new YETI items. Just clean it out and bring it back into a YETI store to claim your discount on a future purchase. You’ll get $5 for every Rambler you bring back up to $50.

Customization

Give your YETI Rambler or Yonder bottles a special touch. Customization starts at just $6 per side. Keep an eye out for customization sales. Every once in a while, we’ve seen YETI offer free customization on Yonder bottles.
